It is the civilian version of the Russian presidential car Kortezh, with a design similar to the Rolls Royce Ghost, and is equipped with a 4.4T V8 twin turbocharged engine with a maximum horsepower of 607, matched with a 9-speed automatic transmission and four-wheel drive system.
